Campus Life at Flint Academy reflects the overall philosophy of the school. We strive for a home-like atmosphere that minimizes student anxiety and keeps the focus on learning and growth. We offer a wide variety of extra-curricular activities to appeal to different student interests and social needs. Our overall school culture is vibrant and diverse, with an emphasis on character and relationships.

Theatre Program

Flint Academy offers a fully inclusive theatre program, with Grammar School and Upper School productions each school year. Additionally, we participate in TCAF’s annual One Act Play competition, and Upper School students take Performing Arts as an elective. Our most recent production for the One Act Play competition was Where The Lillies Bloom (Spring 2023).

Athletics Program

Flint Academy is a member of TCAF (Texas Christian Athletic Fellowship) and provides a range of inclusive sports programs based on student interest. Currently we offer Girls Volleyball, Boys Flag Football, Boys and Girls X-Country, Boys and Girls Basketball, and Boys and Girls Track and Field.

Music Program

Grammar School students enjoy twice-weekly music classes and Upper School students participate in a music elective. Students learn a variety of songs and perform locally at Veteran’s Day events, senior centers, and choir competitions.
